At Bejewelled By Kê Lì, we are committed to delivering your purchase in a timely manner. We offer several shipping options for your convenience, both within Australia and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Please allow 4-14 business days for your order to arrive.
- Express Shipping: For a flat rate of $15 AUD, we offer express shipping within Australia. Orders should arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Free Express Shipping: We are pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders over $300 AUD within Australia.
International Shipping
- Selected Countries: For our customers in selected countries, we offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of $25 AUD. Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically take 7-28 business days.

Rest of the World: For all other countries, our standard international shipping rate is $30 AUD. Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically take 10-30 business days.
- Free Express Shipping: We are pleased to offer free express international shipping on all orders over $400 AUD.
The rate of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note that Bejewelled By Kê Lì is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy:
At Bejewelled By Kê Lì, each piece of jewellery is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. Given the unique nature of our items, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges. We believe that each purchase is final, encouraging our customers to take the time to choose their pieces carefully.
However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. If you discover a fault or defect in the item you have received, we are committed to making it right. We will repair faulty items free of charge when possible. Please note that due to the unique nature of our items, some pieces may not be repairable.
At Bejewelled By Kê Lì, we celebrate the individuality of each opal, which includes natural sand patches, cracks, or scratches that may appear. These characteristics are not flaws, but signs of the opal's natural origin, adding to the stone's charm and unique history. Therefore, these traits should not be considered faults and do not qualify for a repair or store credit under our Return & Exchange policy. We invite you to embrace these unique features as they encapsulate the true essence and journey of each opal from the earth to your jewellery collection.
Due to the delicate nature of opal gemstones, akin to lace in their fragility, attempting repairs on these pieces carries a risk of the opal cracking or breaking. At Bejewelled By Kê Lì, we handle each piece with the utmost care; however, in the rare event an opal breaks beyond repair during the fixing process, we will provide a store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase. This is part of our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and trust in our craftsmanship and service.
Opal jewellery, especially pieces set in claw settings, are inherently delicate and require careful handling. We encourage our customers to wear and store these items with the necessary care to avoid damage.
