Personalised OPAL Name Tag Pendant - custom handmade to order

Not just any name tag jewellery, but a one-of-a-kind OPAL one! Let's work together to create the most original name tag anyone's ever seen! Whether it's for yourself, or a loved-one, this piece will be as unique as the person wearing it!

Tell me your name, shape of desired opal and any other features (ie. stars or hearts etc., you'd like created in the precious metal. 

Price starting point in Silver:

1. Name Only - $500 AUD
2. Name & Opal (simple opal ie. Hearts or flower) - $800AUD
3. Name & Complex Opal (ie. dolphin, cat, etc) - $950AUD 

Any extra shapes forged in metal will be included free of charge.  Arrangment of the name tag will be drawn out with placement of opal prior to carving out name and setting the opal. 

Opal colour and size will also be worked out with you directly (you will be given a few rough opal options to choose from prior to the opal getting cut and polished). 

For a personalised SOLID Gold Opal Name Tag - Gold price will be calculated at the time of order.
